Returns
We have a 7- day return policy after receiving your product to return your item(s) or request an exchange or return for store credit minus shipping and handling fees. The product must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn or unused still with the tags attached along with the original packaging. We will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Certain types of products cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), seasonal items (velvet, swimwear, faux leather, accessories, or shoes), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please make sure to inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can address the issue right away and get it taken care of for you.
Please allow 7 - 21 days for your return to post back to your debit or credit card depending on your financial institution.
